What information do you need for a quote?
Tell us which service you need, your items, the relevant postcodes and preferred dates. Include stairs, lifts, parking restrictions and any delivery deadlines. Photos and measurements help with larger or awkward items.
Can I book a collection outside Leeds?
Send us the collection and delivery postcodes, your items and the date required. We’ll confirm whether we can arrange the journey and provide a quote for the work.
Can businesses discuss regular transport?

Can you help with an urgent delivery?
Contact us with the collection postcode, destination, item details and deadline. We’ll check the journey before confirming arrangements. Our same day courier service provides dedicated transport for time-sensitive goods.
Do you offer packing or furniture assembly?
We don’t provide packing services or packing materials. Please have your belongings securely packed before collection. Furniture dismantling and reassembly can be arranged in advance and included in the quote.
Can you store belongings between moving dates?
Yes. We offer short-term and long-term storage from one week, with collection and redelivery charged separately. Access to stored belongings must be arranged in advance. Explore our storage service for more details.
Are there items you cannot transport or store?
Yes. Please check our acceptable goods and prohibited items policy before booking. Tell us about anything unusual, fragile or particularly valuable so we can discuss its suitability and handling requirements.
