Before founding MIRO, our founder spent years working inside some of the UK's largest logistics and courier operations — learning the industry from the ground up, from warehouse floor to senior management.
But he also saw something else. He saw how big companies lose sight of people. How a missed delivery becomes a statistic. How a customer's urgent problem becomes a ticket number. How the bigger an operation grows, the less it seems to care about the individual on the other end of the job.
In 2017, he decided to do something about it. MIRO Logistics Group was founded on a single belief — that logistics could be done better. More personally. More transparently. With real people answering the phone, real-time tracking on every job and a genuine commitment to showing up when it counts.
Since then, MIRO has grown from a single van operation into a nationwide logistics network — with access to 3,500+ vetted drivers across the UK, covering every major city and university town from Scotland to the South Coast. The scale has grown. The standards haven't.
