We collect from your accommodation
On collection day we come to your room or flat where access allows. You hand over your belongings — we handle everything from there.

Your storage period begins
Your belongings go into your private unit. Billing starts from your collection date, runs weekly by Direct Debit and is rounded up to full weeks.

Request redelivery when you are ready
When you know your return address and preferred date, request redelivery. The price is confirmed at that point — before you commit — and we deliver to your door.

MIRO student storage is storage units only. You are allocated a private unit sized to your needs — 25, 50, 75, 100 or 150 sq ft. Your belongings stay together in your own unit and are not mixed with other customers. MIRO does not offer per-box storage.

Student self storage versus collected storage
Traditional student self storage requires van hire, a trip to the facility and carrying everything yourself. MIRO collects from your door — no van, no facility trips, no heavy lifting. Student summer storage and year abroad
Student summer storage is MIRO's most requested service. We collect in May or June and redeliver in September to your new address anywhere in the UK. Students on a year abroad or placement year can store a full room and redeliver on return — redelivery price confirmed when your date and address are known.
